They are fast but do not get passion twist from there. Half of my hair was left out in each twist. I was charged $220 and I had to take it out a week later... The hair they provided was not appropriate for passion twist. No one knew how to do it properly. Only go if you want to get basic braids or senegalese twist... nothing trendy or fancy. They do basic braids very well.

Called they said they could do them and showed up and was turned away. Never felt so dismissed and I may look white but I am mixed and never thought in a million years that I would feel the way I did when I walked into that salon and the way they looked at me and treated me. Kindness and manners go a long way

I have had my hair braided here 5 times and this last time I was disappointed because I was double booked, then only two people knew how to do cornrows which is insane. Two braids began unraveling 3 days later and I re-booked on a Sunday and then came for my appointment and the lady did not show and again no one knew how to do cornrows. I waited for a hour and then another lady "fixed" the two braids but they did not match the other braids of course. So all and all I came there 3 times for the same hair style and I was ultimately dissatisfied and I have referred many people here and wanted to continue providing them with my business but apparently it isn't valued. I would say, if you are getting cornrows make sure someone is available to actually do the cornrows.

I called and got in same day. Prices were fair and they were able to do my box braids exactly the way I wanted (which is not the case for every salon). Also they were very patient with me as I had to run and get cash from an atm while they were closing. These people are so friendly and i truely enjoyed getting my hair done there. I look forward to going back and I definitely would recommend them to anyone seeking current styles of box braids!
