Very disappointed. Hair stylist did not seem to try to understand what I wanted and when it turned out entirely wrong she then preceded to make it seem like it was my fault for not pointing out to her she was doing the process wrong. She even admitted she didn't look at what I came in for and assumed I wanted a certain thing because of my age and took my money in full price for it. In my opinion it is the stylists job to make sure that they fully understand what their customers want and make certain their customers do not leave their salon unhappy. When she blow dried my hair she gave didn't even try to assure me it looked good and when I asked if she could fix the color she said she didn't know what to do. Now my hair color is left embarrassingly uneven and streaky and i have to go to another salon and pay another 150 to get it fixed. I also feel the need to add that I got a consultation at another salon the same day and they gave me multiple options for a solution. I don't want to speak for the whole salon but my experience here seemed very unprofessional and uncaring as long as she got paid she didn't care. Will not be returning ever.
