First i would like to say here Customer Service is AMAZING. I have REALLY thick hair and her and her team did an amazing job on top of getting me in and out in 5 Hours. My hair was jet black and You can’t even telll being that i got burgundy box braids. I Will definitely be back and i HIGHLY recommend her.

My 10yr old’s hair still looks good after 6 weeks with the Senegalese twist. The shop is clean and I didn’t have to wait. Pricing is reasonable. The ladies were very patient with my daughter as it was her first time.

AMAZING...Said I would never do individual braids again due to a bad experience b4 but decided to trust Gracie Hair Braiding and I honestly can say it was the best choice I could have made. She is very knowledgeable about what she is doing, willing to educate u and just a perfectionist! THE BEST SHOP IN DALLAS HANDS DOWN!!!👍👍👍👍 (I have already referred my sister in law)

Out of the way and fast! Multiple people work on your hair here so it’s fast. Come with your hair freshly washed if you haven’t washed your hair in 2 weeks or more. You don’t have to bring your own hair either. Don’t be afraid to give exact instructions as Gracie can do it all to perfection! I was able to specify and look at the colors I wanted and express even how small i wanted my parts to be. The ambiance is not super fancy but rather super convenient. Get ready if you are a bit tender headed and plan to get braids! Definitely coming here again and will leave another review to show how my braids hold up

Gracie and her staff is amazing! Great location, fast and neat and affordable braiding. This was my first time going to them but definitely not my last!
