Tracy cut my hair!! I don't think she is licensed or has been thru hair school! Complant has been filed with Texas department of licensing. My hair is at least 1.5 inches longer on one side. Went back and ask for a refund and they would not give it to me.. she cut the corner out of my layers on one side so bad it will have to grow 4 mths to get it back to how it's supposed to be.. I am a hairdresser out of Indiana and I have never had such a poor cut. I have even had students do better.

A new name (formerly Angel Cuts) and a new location but still the same wonderful people providing great cuts for a very good price in a friendly setting. I look forward to getting a haircut at Hi-Tech (Angel) Cuts.

I've been coming here for years and love the women who work here, they know my head better than anyone. However recently the atmosphere has changed and it's not as chipper. I think ownership changed or something. Still a good place but it's got me feeling like I may venture out and try a new place.
