My experience at this salon was not the best. We had gone multiple times and had good experiences. The most recent time i went i was just getting my nails painted. I had a gentleman whome i felt that was rushing on my nails and not doing his best work because I am young. He was very disrespectful and when i asked him about it he shrugged it off. My mothers nail technician then had to fix my nails. I would say an all around OK nail salon.

Normally I am a very easy going and forgiving person, considering I have worked service industry for a long time.. however, I am genuinely appalled at the service and hospitality my mother and I received today. We wanted to spend the afternoon getting our nails done so we came to escape nails spa to relax. We were firstly sent to the back and separated, which happens sometimes so we didn’t mind. However, they stared on me and left my mother sit for 15 minutes, even though there were 3 associates sitting around. Once they got to my mother I already almost done. So once I finished they sent me up to get my nails done where I waited 10 more minutes while they started others nails who had just walked in. My mother had finished about 15 minutes after me and just been left sitting in the back. When they came to start my nails I asked about my mother and they told me “she is next”. Hey then sat 2 more walk ins and started on my nails. One of the wall ins was sat next to me and they gave her a bowl to soak her old nails in and then the hostess came back and handed her a cotton ball saying “here, you can start to remove your polish while you wait.” My mom sat an additional 20 minutes after they started my nails, she was starting to get upset so I asked the hostess walking by why my mother was being left in the back by herself and being skipped.. her response: “oh, you can bring her up her if you want” and walked off. Which greatly upset me, I do not pay to have my nails done so that I can work for you. Another walk in was than sat and I got very upset, the technician that was doing my nails was very apologetic and assured me they would get my mother done soon. They then brought her up and when my mother said “honestly I don’t think I want my nails done anymore. My daughter is already done and I have been here for well over an hour so no thank you.” To which the man grabbed her hand and said “oh no it’s fine, I’ll get you taken care of.” My mother then said “no, I don’t want this” and started to stand and the guy shrugged his shoulders and left. My technician offered to do my moms nails and I told mom to let her because she was sweet and kind so my mother did. I mainly just wanted my mom to have her nails done before I left for work so that is the only reason we stayed. But I assure you, we will NEVER return here and I will greatly discourage any of my friends or family from coming here!

This place was absolutely wonderful and Ryan and Tim were amazing! I will no longer go and reporting to BBB for false advertising.. he is not honoring is word! To me if a business can’t keep there promotion and a man can’t honor there word is not worth my money. Never trust a man that lies. His promotion is on my FB page Holly Beagles Dunkin I’ll post for public to see his add/promotion!
