Funny how after Elite asked me to delete my negative review another person brought a pic in to Shelby same day and got exactly what they wanted. Young lady was nice. Had detailed talk about what I wanted. Got exact opposite. Highlights way to blond and hair butchered short. She knew I wasn'tt happy and never offered to either fix now or later.

Went to elite hair salon and had my hair done by Shelbi Howell. She is very sweet, I showed her a picture of how I wanted my hair done and she did it exactly the way I wanted! I’m very happy with my hair and the service I received when I was there, and I will definitely be back.

Shelbie fit me in today and was so great about everything. She did an awesome job and after a bad experience at another salon it was so nice to have them see me and fix it. She did a great job on my hair and was quick! I can’t wait to go back! Thanks Shelbie. Also upon walking in I was Instantly greeted and offered a beverage while I waited which doesn’t happen everywhere you go. I would definitely recommend this place. I live over 1.5 hours away and it will be worth the drive again.
