Great value. Service is beyond exceptional. All stations are fully equipped with professional tools of the trade. Wait times are minimal for walk-ins, and if you call ahead they'll put you down in the waiting queue. I prefer to set up appointments. One of the main reasons I love coming here is the relaxed environment and warm, inviting decor. Even if you had to wait, you don't feel like you're waiting at an unfamiliar location, as you would at a traditional barber shop/salon. Sofas, televisions, and a complimentary drink add the extra touch. On a side note, I really appreciate the professionalism and friendliness that each employee exudes. I've had the opportunity of speaking with the manager, and she took the time to hear some of my thoughts regarding the business. It's nice to know that they work very hard on customer satisfaction.

CAROLAY did an amazing job on my hair. Need it fix form previous bad service at an other location. And she fixed it. She fix my highlights and corrected my color
