Do not let Taylor touch your hair! She left my hair processing for almost 4 hours! When she got done blow drying my hair I said "Oh my God! It's fried!". There was frizz sticking out everywhere! Her response was "oh, it's not, it's just because of the way I blow dried it that it looks like that". I got in my car and wanted to cry. Caitlin is amazing and tried fixing it, she was able to make it so the top of my head was no longer orange and the bottom wasn't grey anymore. I just went back to my old stylist who is over an hour away to have her dye it (it's been 5 months since Taylor dyed it) and she ended up having to cut off almost 10 inches of dead hair.

Wonderful experience ever time I go. Caitlin does an amazing job on my hair. She listened to what I wanted and was able to answer all my questions. She even took the time to show me how to curl my hair. Lisa and Cassandra have both given me beautiful eyelash extensions. They are very knowledgeable and it is a great experience. The whole salon experience is very relaxing! The staff is very friendly!

Very poor business. During my first visit, the receptionist was unfriendly and was nowhere to be seen until around five minutes after I showed up, as if I ruined her day off or something. Stylist Oz Spencer was not worth the $150 I paid them to apparently put yellow toner in my light blonde hair which she did not tell me she was planning to do. I got my hair fixed at NV Salon in Fort Worth, a much better salon, in my opinion. Aside from my hair color getting ruined, Oz was rude, saw that my hair would be difficult as soon as she first saw me, and immidiately wrote me off. She did not smile, look me in the eye or talk to me during the majority of the appointment, which I don’t mind normally, I understand that stylists need room to work their magic, but she made it rather obvious that she personally disliked me which is unprofessional. I regret having tipped so generously. I do not suggest this business.

My experience was absolutely horrible! Went in for highlight and my hair was fried and broke off all around my face and nap of my neck. These people were extremely rude, unprofessional and obviously didn't know what they were doing. When I wrote a bad review on Facebook they blocked me.

My favorite salon by far. I always leave loving my hair!! Every stylist in here is great. I have personally seen Brandi and Tessa and they both are so talented! Go see them!! You’ll leave loving your locks!! Update 12/20/2017 Left again with a beautiful new do. Go see these beauty girls (and boys). They are simply the best!
