I appreciate that they keep track of the cut. So, for example, if they used a number for trimmer and you think that's a little too short, they will tell you what size you had used and you can increase it. It just makes it easier to track what you had done and compare it to what you want. The final result has always been good.

I have been getting my hair cut here for a couple of years. They do a great job and have really nice associates who are friendly.

I went in to get my hair trimmed not cut. I told her exactly what i wanted. i cut hair myself so i know how ot explain it. i only went there because my brother bought me a gift card and I felt bad not using it. My hairstlyist just rushed through my haircut and the person in front of me. making huge errors and giving no thought to what we asked for. my head is uneven and way way shorter than i had asked for. the sides are not blended properly or evenly. utterly dissatisfied and very upset. will not be returning again. worst part it was one of their employee's who has been there 8 years. if you want a good haircut go to one of the barbers downtown it's more than worth the extra money
