This review is mostly about the appointment system. I made an appointment online and they indicated a 6 minute wait. So i drove down only to find that my name was not on the list and the wait was 45 minutes. So, i put my name on the list in person and went back home. I checked the original appointment I had made online and was still active so I canceled it. Just to ensure that I was covered for the appointment, I made a second one online and it stated that the wait would be inline with what I was told in person. When the online appointment told me I was within 5 minutes of the appointment, I went back to the shop only to find that it only showed one of the two appointments and that appointment still showed about a half an hour wait. Gotta say, I'm not going back the third time.
I have received two haircuts from this location in the past. Both were walk-ins when they weren't busy and both were good cuts. There's no way (other than on the weekend) to actually schedule with a specific stylist. Couple that with the scheduling issues, and I'll stay with the old fashion, find a stylist you like and make an appointment.
