I have been in there 5 times to get my hair fixed from the time before. Your stylist need to go back to school and learn the basics. They do not cut with guides, they do not know how to check for points in the hair cut. When you look in the mirror and you can see the points and you do not know how to correct it you have no business working in a salon. I have done hair for over 45 yes and an instructor for 13 of those yrs. I would be a shamed to know that I sent them out unprepared. When you hire them make sure they know how to check the hair for hair that has not been blended. I am ashamed to go out with my haircut, let alone where I received it.

Super friendly and for a 13 dollar they cut it better than most of the people charging 30 or more would go back anytime

I usually go to the same woman every time and since she is out for back surgery I needed a haircut and went to another lady and she absolutely BUTCHERED my hair! It her to the point that it was so bad that I started crying and just told her to stop cutting because she had already taken of so many inches! It was about 2 inches uneven on each side. I'm still in tears! I can't believe someone works there that can actually do this to someone's hair!!!!!!!
