Went to get haircut told wait was 15 minutes. 20 minutes later told wait was 25 more minutes. I think they tell you 15 so you stay they know its really 45. Went to Sportsclips had a real 10 minute wait.

I am so upset! In the past I have had great cuts! The stylist, Hadley was the best! I visited the salon about a week ago, to find out Hadley had moved out of state! So sad! So the stylist who was cutting my hair asked me how I wanted it cut, even showed her a pic of what I wanted! I asked her several times is she was sure she Could do it, she told me no problem, she could! Well I told her about a spot in that was my problem areaa, I asked I'd she could use the razor instead of scissors so I could have the layered messy look. Ohhhh my, I got home and the cut was NOTHING like I asked! I looked at it before I left the salon and was so upset,I just wanted to leave! My top looks terrible! Not textured as I asked! I don't even think I could go get it fixed, there would be no hair left! I find it very hard to find someone who can cut short hair! I will not be going back there ever. I only gave 1 star so I could leave a review! Negative 10 is what I wanted to leave!
