Came in for a fresh look after my hair had been damaged for a while...I described what I had in mind, and they sure delivered! I love having less breakage on the ends of my hair, and that I'm still able to throw it in a little pony for when I work out. All that, plus the pricing? Win win win.

We had a wonderful experience here. Took my 1year old in for his first hair cut. The lady who cut his hair did an amazing job introducing him to the razor so he wasn't scared. Even have him a balloon to play with. Will be going back for next hair cut.

Extremely disappointed with service last visit and this visit. After dealing with a very rude stylist the last time I swore I would never come back here. Then I received a coupon in the mail and thought I would give it one more shot. That was a terrible decision on my part. I Checked in through the app for an appt, checked in when I got to location, and let girl at desk know I would be outside for a few minutes on a phone call. I then came back in, went out to check on my son in car, came back in and the person who checked in after us was being called up for his haircut. I asked the girl at the desk why he was going in front of us. She responded in a very rude tone that I wasn’t in the salon. I said I had let the other stylist know that I was stepping out for a phone call for a moment and that we were ready to go. To this she responded that it wasn’t ok for me to be outside (it would have been very helpful and professional if the girl I checked in with at the desk would have told me that) she asked where my son was, I told her in the car and pointed to my vehicle right outside the door. She responded in a very flippant tone “Well if he can get in here right away I can cut his hair. Only if he can get in here right away”. My car is literally parked right in front of the door. I made the effort to communicate and unfortunately the employees chose not to do the same. When they did they were rude and flippant. Extremely dissatisfied.

I go to Great Clips all the time. But they couldn't find my records even though I checked in online with the same account I always use. The woman that cut my hair did a great job. I had to remind her to shave my neck but other than that she was flawless. The -2 stars are not for her, but for the technology. I shouldn't have to re-give my details. That's the whole point of having an app and being online.
