I just want them to take my dang money haha, but I can’t schedule an appointment on the phone or online. I’ve called multiple times on multiple occasions and left messages, but no one returns my calls. The only time I’ve actually gotten in is when someone happened to answer my call one time a few months ago. I got a cut there that was pretty good, and I have wanted to go back for a cut and color but I can’t ever get them to answer. I would just make the appointment online, but their website has been messed up for months as well (I think it was taken down completely for a while, and is now back up but still broken). I’ll be going somewhere else strictly because I can’t schedule with anyone at Aria.

MY HAIR IS FRIED AND RUINED BEYOND REPAIR!!!!!!! I’m mortified! The cut and color are NOTHING like I asked for, and the same girl that answers the phone and says who can take appointments is the same girl you’ll have your appointment with! She talks about herself to customers in third person so you don’t know it is HER, but it is!!! I don’t know what her real name is, but she goes by kiki! She’ll say “kiki” is available, and takes your appointment. Whatever you do, DO NOT GO TO HER!!!!!!! She doesn’t know what she’s doing, and absolutely destroyed my hair!! It’s dried and breaking off, and the most I can do with it is put it up because it looks so awful! I’m absolutely mortified!!!! I paid over $100 for her to destroy my hair! She said her boss (the owner) often forgets about her clients and that she wouldn’t recommend going to her either....

I called during business hours, they didn't answer so I left a message. They never returned my call. I called back 2 days later and talked to someone she said she would call me back later that evening with an appointment. Again they never called back. Tried a third time and still couldn't get an appointment. Finally I called a different salon they immediately made an appointment and I went there. Maybe Aria's service is great once you get in but they need to follow up with customers.

Not an honest place to do business . They charge you a fee of $25 for canceled appt . Which I had no idea ! I didn’t sign any form that states that ! Even if I did see it I wouldn’t even sign and I would go somewhere else ! Cause life happens Don’t have an emergency or get sick cause they don’t understand in this place there is no excuse for that . They were nice enough to waive 1 fee . But when my daughter was going into labor they still tried charging me .
