I feel that the quality of the haircut is top notch but the ladies will spend 45+ minutes on a single haircut for a guy who already began with very little hair. They will go over the same spots constantly while they chat it up with people who seemingly come to visit and hang out all the while there are several people waiting for a haircut. This has been my experience every single time for the past year. The frustration and wait time is making me switch to wherever else.

If you are a P.O.C. living in Provo, this is a great place to go to get a haircut that doesn’t make you look like you ARE from Provo. Very affordable, and the barbers are good at what they do.

People in this place are amazing. You can get a nice haircut for an affordable price. They're fast, clean, and funny. So not hesitate to tell them what you want they will always listen .

Tito's is amazing and all the ladies in there are so friendly. I'm sometimes the only gringo in there but no one cuts hair better than a Latina. You definitely want to ask for either Vane (Vanessa) or Alma and they will never let you down ;)

I received a good haircut the last time I came, but when I tried stopping in this time, they were still closed 20 minutes after their posted opening hours (9:30a on Wednesdays). A neighboring business employee said this is very typical, and some of the other reviews on this page seem to support that. The uncertainty of their hours is such a shame, as they otherwise seem like a nice establishment.
