On Saturday July 14,2018 I was doing a client who’s hair was deceptively thick & ran out of color. At 3:50 p.m. I had my husband rush to the new Cosmoprof in Spanish (which we live 5-7 minutes away from) after calling them to explain my situation & asked if it was okay to send him in my place. They couldn’t bother to wait two minutes after their 4 o’clock closing time to give my husband this color I needed to finish my client. Even though they were still in the store hiding in the back room as my husband knocked on the door. I called Outer Beauty & explained my situation & was met with the sweetest concern from a lady that I’m afraid I never caught the name of. Over the phone we picked out a color that we thought would match well with the color I had already used. She sent my husband home with two different colors & only made him buy one. He said he told her he would purchase them both & return the one I don’t use but she insisted. She wanted to make sure I had the best color option & just told him we could bring back the one we didn’t use. This lady did not know me personally, & I had never been in this store prior. She owed me absolutely nothing but she was so kind, she went above & beyond to help me out. That right there earned her & that store a customer for life.

Being in the beauty business myself. I know the owner and have been in the store and shop myself. Julie is awesome and carries the beauty industries highest quality products and can depend on her opinion to be right. If your looking for the best she will have it. Julie has extensive background in the business. Her employees are problay the same. Awesome!!

Love, Love, Outer Beauty!! They have everything I need in a one stop shop..Better deals than Sally's!! I get my jewelry and all hair products here..Love there Hemp lotions also..I can't say enough posivtive things about it!
