Only been to this location once. But it was around 10 on a Saturday morning so you'd expect a longer wait. But I actually only had to wait around 5-10 minutes which was very nice. The hairstylist was friendly and did a good job cutting my hair. Also she was gentle. I would definitely come back to this location again.

Never go here again! Kiana was my stylist. I showed her an example on my phone and said â€œslide sweep bangsâ€ my phone died so she didnâ€™t get a long look. ( I imagined she would cut me some long bangs that basically covered my eyes unless pushed to the side as most side sweep bangs do.) she said â€œso bangs but still swoopyâ€ i should of asked what that meant!!! By time she was done my bangs were an inch shorter then my eye brows and cut in the shape of a V. It was so jagged it looked like the same cut job my 3 year old did to her siblings hair. she got my approval on how short to go in the back by making it look like with her finger measurements she was only going to cut about two inches off the ends. 7 inches came off!!! my hair is up to my shoulders. I wanted to cry. I went to another great clips to fix my bangs that same day and they said they are too short to do anything but grow them out again. Iâ€™ve had to suffer the comments from people around me asking me things like â€œdid you actually ask someone to do that?â€ or â€œtell me who cut your hair so i donâ€™t go thereâ€

Take my 2 yrd old to get his hair cut and they were so patient with him. (Hes also good in the chair with both clippers and scissors). Ive seen this place busy so recommend checking in online.

Very disappointed I used to come here all the time until Judy messed up my hair so bad! Not only did she shopped up my hair but left outside in the middle of it! I was the last customer she was rude! And had an attitude.i noticed once I got home how bad it was. So went back the next day, the manager tried to â€œfix itâ€ but it still looks bad. Now I just have to wait for my hair to grow back. ðŸ˜”
