Received a Divacurl cut here about two years ago and going back soon for another!!! That cut was beautiful even with new growth!

I have been to Joli four times now. My recommendation: Ask for Grace, Emily or Allison. These girls have done exactly as I asked and have done an amazing job on my hair and I'm definitely going back to get touched up. I feel like stylists, not salons, are hit or miss and in this case I've had 3 out of 4 hits. And I wasn't asking for anything simple either. Their prices are great and the staff is super friendly and gracious. Thanks guys!

Against my better judgement, I booked an appointment here for a haircut. I figured, just a trim, and the negative reviews were old. My mistake. I got the same bad haircut another reviewer received years ago! Short in the back, long in the front. That is NOT just a trim on single-length hair, nor is it how layers work. I didn't get a good look at the salon or I would have had someone else fix it. I guess I will be wearing my hair up for Christmas celebrations. :/

I have never written a review for a salon before, but this was one of the worst salons I have ever been to. I had asked for a retouch on my balayage and ended up with completely damaged hair with a "retouch" that looked like a really bad ombre. She had to put a toner in twice because the first time looked exactly the same as when I walked in. The brown that she thought matched my natural root was not the same brown at all so I had multiple wrong colors in my hair. The owner had an attitude when I complained but was nice enough to take $20 off my total ...

I just got my hair cut and I told them I wanted a two three blend on the sides and nothing on the top and the guy shaves my head . how does that make sense. I don't recomend Joli that much unless you get some one who knows what they are doing.
