Iâ€™m debating going back. I had Stephen style my hair and he is lovely. First I would like to say the reason I choose Indigo is because I think they do dye processing in another room so if youâ€™re sensitive to chemicals then this is one of the only salons you can actually go to that I am aware of. If I had not been vocal about exactly what I wanted, I would have walked out with a 100.00 glorified trim. Stephen is very talented but needed a lot of direction from the client to make it happen for you. He had a hard time reading my style and attitude. Underestimated the volume of my hair. Put foam in my hair before asking, too. Which I ended up reacting to but did not trigger a migraine but still no chemical exposure is why I chose this expensive salon. I bet once he get to knows a client, youâ€™ll go to him for life. And the end of the day, I got a well executed bob with some side bangs. However I wanted something edgy to reflect my style. I looked more like 40 year old preppy woman. Which is the anti thesis of me. Although it is a very expensive looking haircut which is always better than cheap looking so at the end of the day, I worked with it. I may just hire someone to come to my house to cut my hair because itâ€™s time for another cut.

My experience at Indigo was exceptional! The salon's atmosphere was warm and beautiful, the front desk staff were friendly, and best of all, my hairdresser, Stephen, was AWESOME! He was incredibly down-to-earth and was a total pro when it came to my long, curly hair. I absolutely love my new haircut, and when I washed and styled it myself today, I was so impressed with how light and easy it was to work with! Hands-down the best haircut I've ever had. Thank you so much Stephen!!

Exceptional! Beaufiful and organized atmosphere. Lindsey was able to fit me in quickly and take care of me, even when I made an error in booking. She was thorough, attentive and did an amazing job. I have found my new trusted hair haven!

Just got my hair cut by Lindsey Ladd for the second time and I may just be a regular from here on out! Not only does Lindsey give a GREAT cut she was able to talk with me about the products I use and how I can best use what I already have! Not to mention she is such a joy to make conversation with!
