My experience was amazing. I was looking to get a keratin treatment on my hair before my birthday on a Monday, so Thursday night I was scrambling to find somewhere that fit my schedule and wasn't ridiculously expensive. I got a call back Friday morning saying she could fit me in at 4 which was perfect. I got there and she was so friendly, offered me water and candy! It was a clean salon, she explained the extra charge for my hair bc I do have extremely long hair, but I didn't mind because I was prepared to spend a good amount. She trimmed my hair perfectly, and all the while we had a great conversation and she even gave me free earrings as a birthday present! I walked out extremely satisfied and I will be back in the future. My hair turned out incredible and I'm very happy with it!

The least professional experience I can recall. Scamming extra charges: When I booked my appointment I was asked how long my hair was (answer: just to my shoulders). When I arrived for my appointment, I was told to "read the fine print" and that she would charge me extra for my long hair. I said that it was already discussed when I booked and there was no mention then of an extra charge. She said the person who answered the phone was wrong and I demanded to speak to the manager and then--and only then-- did she back off. Clealy, she was trying to make more money. Completely unprofessional. Color: Applied color on the hair near my scalp only and didn't color the rest of my hair. When I asked if she was going to color the rest of my hair, she said "I know how to do my job." When she washed out the color she said this would color the rest of my hair and that she did didn't color the bottom 1/3 because it would dry out. Completely unprofessional. Cut: Didn't part or comb my hair before she cut it. Completely unprofessional. After the cut: Put on three different products and then had me sit under a heat lamp. Then she blew it dry and we were finished. When I asked what she applied (there was no discussion) she told me it was to lock in the color. Goldwell has a color lock product that should be rinsed after application. Completely unprofessional

Pam charge me 85 $ extra add to Groupon coupon to justcolor my root.and she even didn't that.Her highlight was damaged after one time taking shower.also she didn't highlight from root and every body thinks my root grows and this highlight is from long time ago,but I just did for 1 week.I m supper unhappy, when she puts me on that situation to write a good review for her for Groupon costumer.she is from my country (Iran),because she thought I should write that review for her.maybe she charj me 85$ plus 66$ Groupon ,because she understood I m new here and don't know that much about Groupon palesies.she suers to God that Groupon just gave her10 present and put a lot of pressure on me to give here 85$ extra that I understood later she says LIE. She is not honest and she didn't does a good job and not deserve that money.This money she asked me more is a dirty money for here.
