Have been getting my hair colored with Shearn for years. He does an amazing job. I always feel like a million bucks when I walk out of there! Thank you!!!! My husband has also had Kim cut his hair and he is very pleased with her work.

I got exactly what I asked her to do, I just wished their toner lasted longer. Sally's blond toner lasted a lot longer than theirs, sad.

They listen to what you want and do a great job. They do the best Navy low taper I've ever seen. Other places assume you mean Marine buzz cut when you mention the (very lenient) Navy haircut guidelines. Love this place.

As someone who is skeptical of bad reviews online, please take this review with great consideration. I saw an overwhelming amount of great reviews for Kim and this salon, and there was a fantastic Groupon for new customers. I immediately booked with Kim, and horribly regret it. While it's obviously she is good at what she does, I unfortunately did not get so lucky with my experience. She did not understand what I wanted at all, but by the time I realized that, it was too late. I asked that she touch up my roots only, and then had a panic attack as she began to pull the color through my entire head. The color she used is a permanent color. I cannot get this horrible, rust orange color out of my hair after visiting two salons to correct the color. On top of this, Kim, turned me backwards from the mirror, so I could not see what was going on which I thought was extremely weird. She also used a straight razor on my hair for the cut, which has left my hair incredibly weak, and I find more broken hair that I ever have before. Please use caution when visiting this salon. I'm so terribly disappointed with the services I've received and don't believe I will be able to get this color out for some time.

Horrible do not go here. They blow dried and straightened my hair before cutting it (hug no no) because he didn't know how to cut curly hair. He never put protective spray in my hair for the heat and then broke so many of my hairs while straightening and brushing my hair (now I have even more split ends). They were also 20 minutes behind so it ended up going super late.
