called to ask which weekend stylist is best w/thin straight hair and got the pat .."all of us know everything about every type of hair". But she does not work on Sundays. When I asked to speak w/a member of mgmt. who would be more familiar w/ individuals skill profiles the manager was too busy w/a clieent. No problem, I can call back. When I asked the managers names i was told Mimi or Stephanie. When I asked her name, guess what? Stephanie.???Then she was too busy w/a client so couldn't talk to me any longer.

Tried to get a haircut today (Wednesday) at 3PM, but the door was locked. I was told that were closing early because they are short staffed. Really? Not sure what is going on here, but that is unexceptable. Decided to go to the Hair Cuttery at the Beacon Hill plaza up the hill. We had a great experience there.

My stylist completely messed up my hair today. My layers look super choppy and once side layers are longer than the other side. She was responding to her texts while she was giving me a hair cut. Even the frame around my face is uneven. Now I have to get another cut Becuase I can’t even leave my hair down.

Had an excellent experience at the salon with Paula. She took her time with me, even though they were about to close. Color, cut and blowdry was outstanding! I will be back with her again. Come see her, she knows what she's doing, you won't regret it!
