These stars are LONG overdue- Casal's at Clarendon is, hands-down, the best salon I have ever been to in my life. Others have already noted how amazing they are at providing an all-around, fantastic salon experience (starting off with a massage, giving you a facial while your hair is getting rinsed, etc), and this is all fantastic and true. Too add to that, they are knowledgeable, kind, thoughtful, and exceptional at hair. I've been doing for almost two years and I have never been disappointed in a cut or color!! Super grateful to Therese, who has done both my color and cuts (and who is phenomenal), and all of the others that I have been fortunate to meet since going there! :) Casal's at Clarendon is the BEST and totally worth any wait you might have to get in!!! Thanks to Casal's for getting me to actually enjoy going to a salon again! :)

This was my best salon experience yet! I was extremely impressed with the attention and care I received. The salon offers a massage, facial, hair wash, and makeup touch up for free with your hair cut, and they do not accept tips! I was blown away by this. I went in for a trim and to try a new cut. I’ve never had bangs and decided it give it a try. I was very nervous about this, but was instantly relieved when I saw the other customers’ hair and when my stylist consulted me. She asked me a lot of questions about what I want and how I currently care for my hair. Then she walked me through how she was planning on cutting my hair. When she was done, it looked exactly as she had explained! I’m very happy with my new cut and will always go to them! Ask for Brittney! She was excellent!! 😁

This salon is amazing! I took our daughter there to get her hair cut and they gave her a massage and the facial which she loved! Then the hairstylist advised us what the best haircut would be for her type of hair and based on what she wanted. We left super super happy. Then as soon as we get home my daughter is like "mom I wanted shorter" super annoying.... I called them and they were able to see us again in the next half hour and again Winnie was super patient and advise the best length accordingly to what she wanted and her hair care routine. She was so nice about it, everyone at the salon was super accommodating about it. Great service they go above and beyond! We absolutely recommend Winnie!

Saw Jamie for a cut. She is excellent. She understood my concerns with my very thick, curly, frizzy hair and was able to take weight off while giving it shape. I highly recommend her and will be returning. ADDITION: Went back for color and was seen by Chris and Tasha for the color and blow out. I was very pleased with the final result, and Chris nailed exactly what I was asking for with color. I left feeling fabulous. The team at Casal's is excellent. Even at the front desk they remember who you are before you check in. Their customer service is exceptional.
