Went twice for a hair cut , cut my hair to short after telling her (Helen)several times I wanted a trim. Both times was a different charge. My husband goes there and only gets Helen to cut his hair. He is very happy with her but I will not go back. Helen is very nice lady but i do not recommend her for women's cuts

I got a trim and styling for a wedding 4 weeks ago. Helen charged me $68. When I got home I realized that the cut was completely uneven and terrible. Then I decided to give her a second chance so I went back today for a cut and styling for another wedding. She did the cut very quickly and haphazardly. The up do is cute but when I went to pay, she said it would be $98. I said hmmm... it was $68 last time. She said oh no hair cut last time. I didn't argue with her but it was the exact same service both times. I will never go back there. Don't go here if you don't want to get ripped off... or at least request a price first.

READ THIS! LIED.. NEVER. GOING. BACK. May 2015....Walked into an empty salon with my daughter, the client, and asked the owner, HELEN, for a quote for a spiral curl style of which I provided a picture. Was told $38 which was far less than I had heard from other salons. The following week I walked in with the same picture to reconfirm the quote, scheduled an appt. and was told HELEN, the owner, would be taking care of us. Upon arrival we were greeted with smiles from softspoken women and all seemed great. Two hours later, I was told $75. What!!! I asked how that was possible and suddenly HELEN'S voice was raised and she proceeded to try and justify the increase by saying how it took 3 of them to curl my daughter's hair and had I gone to the mall it would have been more expensive to which I replied, "which is why I came here". She had no recollection of our prior conversation and even went as far as saying she had NOT seen my daughter's hair and was probably dealing with OTHER CUSTOMERS when she misquoted me. She brushed off everything I said including the point of them not washing my daughter's hair and the fact that having 3 people work on her hair was their choice. I reluctantly paid the $75 for the simple fact that the style I requested was what we got and did not want to waste any energy for we had other things to do in preparation for my daughter's FIRST COMMUNION!!!

the lady who is CHOI ,, she does a excellence job .. But now she moved somewhere else to~ Work. Unfortunately!!! she was the best hair stylish I ever had..

I walked in and they had no record of my appointment. I sat in the salon chair post-shampoo for 15-20 minutes before I was seen. I spoke with her and even pointed to a photo of what I wanted my hair to look like. I said I wanted to grow my hair out; she cut two inches off. I said I wanted medium/long bangs; she gave me (weak) short bangs. She then curled my hair and put so much spray into it that it felt starchy against my skin (not the fresh-from the salon feeling I was going for).
