Wonderful experience! He is a very talented hair stylist and a great conversationalist! His prices are a bit higher than the average hair salon, but I assure you, it is worth every penny! I have thick, wavy hair and it has been difficult for my past hair dressers to perfect a cut. John not only has made my hair more balanced with layers but he has improved the color quality. Because of his amazing work, I frequently get complimented for my hair. If you are looking for someone who truly understands hair, this is the place for you!!

This place is absolutely the best hair salon I've ever been to! John at City Styles cut my thick, curly, frizzy hair better than anyone ever has! I finally have the exact cut I've been envisioning for about 2 years. I came in, showed him pictures and told him what I wanted and he caught on immediately and knew just what to do. He is extremely experienced, professional, and fun and pleasant to work with. His pricing is a bit high for the area, but worth every penny. He could be working in NYC and making much more. And I have paid more money elsewhere for haircuts I wasn't even satisfied with. I will probably get my hair done here every time I'm in BV for a visit.

This the best business I have ever entrusted with my hair. John is talented and capable, and in spite of my recent move to a different state, I still choose to return to his salon for all my hair needs. His haircuts are quality and his skill with color is extraordinary. 5 stars.
