Cassie have me an edgy bob and did amazing. I was kinda doubtful since she’s fairly new there but she did great, and tries to engage with you. I’ve had stylist who never said a word and it gets awkward but Cassie kept chatting a cutting!

No, the Gandhi review below is accurate. They make appointments and then they're just not there at the appointed time. Two weeks ago, appointment made, showed up, doors closed and locked. Called the next day to ask what happened, said something came up and they had to leave. Since they don't take the contact info of appointments, they're not even able to contact folks if they can't make it. Went yesterday in the middle of the afternoon, nobody there; called today (noon), nobody there. It's a shame, too, because they give good haircuts at a reasonable price. I've only occasionally gotten a bad one there, and I'd keep going back. They just don't seem to have the personnel to operate with any regularity.
