I like how you texted me an apology & other things, which I thought kind & professional, but are dishonest saying I was 25 minutes late. I was about 15 minutes late, for the 1st time. Here, after your kind texts, I thought it was just one fluke employee. Thanks for clarifying it for me, Anna!
Not happy with last haircut, but was giving a different stylist a try, but was about 15 minutes late, due to a sewer tank on 53 going only 14 miles an hour at times and sometimes even 35, but they were empty when I arrived, but still only wanted to reschedule and have a credit card to hold appointment. First time this has happened I was very happy with Nico's cuts, but he's no longer there and I don't appreciate the current attitude received. It would make sense if the stylist had another client. Also politeness goes a long way.
