I got a standard sew-in done by Netta today. The standard sew-in includes some leave out. To say my experience was good would be an understatement. My hair is amazing. The leave out is well blended and my curls are amazing. Netta was/ is very welcoming and upon seeing me she got right to work. I'm sooooo happy that I found her. She has a repeat customer. ❤️❤️❤️

I've had the pleasure of going to this salon. Whereas I was hopping from one to another. My stylist was referred to me by a family friend. Well I guess you could say I found my home. Ms. Arlene does excellent work to my hair. I love it when I'm told how nice my hair looks. When a woman is pleased with how her hair looks. The stylist is a keeper!! I love Vanity Hair Studio!!!

This was the worst experience getting my hair cut I have ever had. The work stations were not clean. Hair from other clients still in the brushes,combs, and floors. Products had been spilled and from the looks of it never cleaned up. I went for a simple hair cut. I would expect spend at least 45 minutes to an hour if I got a shampoo cut and style. I didn't receive that. She cut my hair dry. Not even a spritz from a spray bottle and I was there from 12:40-2:00. She obviously was struggling with my hair which puzzled me since I believe she owned the salon. I should have gotten up and walked out but I didn't. She was going back and forth between myself and another customer. Not a problem normally but with the amount of time I was there it was obvious multitasking was not her strong point. At the end my hair wasn't even and looked horrible. I'm not one to cause a fuss so I just said its fine and walked with her up front to pay. She charged me $45 dollars. I was just shocked. A kindergartener could have done what she did. No shampoo, a hair cut a blind person could have done better, no styling and I'm being charged 45 dollars!!!!! I left and drove to great clips and had my hair recut. Humorous the stylist at great clips thought it had been a year since my last cut. I will never return or refer anyone to this salon. Completely dissatisfaction!!!!!
