Horrible experience with the hair associate I spent $245 for just hair color but lady did not know how to give advise or suggestions .. she messed up the color and now it’s looks horrible!! She was too busy and she took other person at the same time !! So some lease have to come wash my hair and 3 rd person was drying my hair !! Farah was the associate very bad experience! And waste of time !

Experience was okay and disappointing. Went here for my birthday and picked out what I thought was products all on sale, only to find out an employee had rearranged all the products to be in the on sale slots but they weren't actually on sale (the employee who rang me up told me an employee rearranged the makeup to be falsely advertised). Everything rang up to over $150, when it was all advertised to total under $40. Additionally, my birthday gift was a 0.24oz serum that takes 2 weeks to see results; however, the product is only large enough for 1 use.. Disappointed.

Fidel was supper helpful. We were looking for a new foundation and Fidel was super helpful, engaging and full of patience. Fidel was also assisting multiple people while assisting us. I can tell this Ulta was understaffed, but Fidel was a gem. Keep him and support his growth.
