I made a phone call before I go and I asked if they have a private room. They said yes we do, but they didn’t mention that they would charge me for an extra 5 dollar because of the private room. doesn’t make since. I would definitely not going back there again. Maybe when the man on the front disk saw me with scarf on head decided to charge me extra money. Maybe he didn’t like the way I looked. I consider that as a racism and hate against my religion.

Lisa and the staff is fantastic. Every time I'm there they are constantly attending to me. I walked out with a fabulous hair do, my experience was listening to great music, food and beverage while I'm under the dryer. What more do you want.

I went in for a sew in that cost $230 and she didn’t cut the tracks she just wrapped it in my head and so tight gave me a migraine. Very sloppy job and the braids were awful very big and bulky not laid in a pattern that would have a flat sew in. I wouldn’t recommend this salon services to an enemy. Horrible worst sew in I ever had with Keya. Nice lady but horrible job period.

It's been over a year and I still have the pictures of the botched up job they did to my hair, the color didn't turn out right and half my forehead was dye, and the stylist and owner gave two different prices and the owner prices was a hundred twenty-five more. Oh the scram of it all.
