My desire is to frequent black owned businesses; however, sometimes it is not possible. Had an appointment for lashes today, went there before time of appt. The young lady who did my lashes the last time did a wonderful job, so I returned. I get there 10 minutes before my appointment, the woman sitting at the front desk, stated, she will be with you. Then 4:00 comes around, and the lady tells me she is on her way. I was surprised, “on her way?” I thought she was in the shop. It was getting closer to 15 minutes after. I told the lady that if the young lady is not here by 15 minutes after, I would need to leave. I planned this appt around another event. The lady told me that if you are going to get a full set, it would take 2hrs. That is not what the appointment booking stated and it did not take more than an hour two weeks ago. When a customer has an appointment, the customer should not be waiting for the the person who is providing a service to show up. That is not the type of business. I want to deal with! I would rather deal with a professional business and pay 200.00 for lashes and be seen on time than pay 125.00 for unprofessionalism. I will never visit this business again. I am a professional business woman, with no time to wait around, when I have made an appointment with the intent of purchasing a service. She did not even apologize; that speaks volumes about a business. I Would not recommend if you expect a professional experience. Very dissatisfied and disappointed!😬

The stylist was nice, but this is one of the worst hair styles I ever had. The worse part is, there is nothing left to be done but let it grow and never return to this salon. It's not the style I asked for & it's too short & the style is for someones grandmother. I hate this cut & was really hoping to have a great experience. Paid approximately $100 for this wow..

Got my hair done for my birthday here by the owner Tanishia, one of my all time fav hair styles and the most natural looking full sew-in, I will be going back and recommending others

Love this place. I always go to Kyla, she will keep healthy hair healthy and is also very knowledgeable about hair in general. Its also a black owned business so that's a plus!
