Karen Rosa is such a great hair stylist. I’ve followed her to where ever she goes. She always does a great job on cutting, dying, treating my hair. She always hears you out and what you want and then she gives her opinion so it can look even better. I love her she always does her job great!! 😃😃😃

One of the owners cut my hair, but I noticed a few days later, after styling it myself, that it wasn't right. So I made an appointment to come back and see her. However, when I showed up, the receptionist said I wasn't on the calendar for that day, even though I had received a confirmation email for my appointment. The owner was snooty about having to fix my hair. Afterwards, she said, "Perhaps we're not the right salon for you". Wow! I said, "Well, maybe if you had cut it right the first time". And that is the second time I had to go in for a fix-it job there. It happened with some other stylist previously. That's why I thought I would be safe going to the owner, but no such luck.

I've been coming here for about 5 years and they do a terrific job! They are really good at color. Just a nice place and very good stylists.

Amazing hair dressers! I trust Gloria with my long hair. I'm always so scared to get my hair cut because I don't want too much taken off the length, but she gets it right EVERY time!
