They are worth every penny. I love getting my hair done here. I always get a nice scalp massage, and my hair always turns out how I want.

I wish I could give them ZERO Stars. Three times they have failed my daughter. The first two were when the stylist no-showed for my daughter when she had events that evening. But this evening really takes the cake. My daughter has her HIGH SCHOOL YEARBOOK pictures tomorrow morning at 9:AM. We spoke with the manager repeatedly about getting her hair done this evening at 7:45. We confirmed yesterday. Spoke to the manager again this afternoon to ensure a stylist would be there. The Stylist (Michelle) called and wanted to move up our daughter's appointment (I assume she had a cancellation). But our daughter was at practice until 7:30, hence the 7:45 appointment. When we arrived Michelle didn't want to cut our daughters hair and loudly argued with us for over 15 minutes. When we finally got her to shampoo and cut her hair, Michelle clearly did not want to do it. She "finished" in less than half an hour for a shampoo, cut, and blowout. Michelle did an EXTREMELY POOR job of cutting her hair. Navy barbers on submarines give better haircuts. It's all choppy and looks awful. So gentle readers, let me ask a question: What sort of woman BUTCHERS a young girl's hair the NIGHT BEFORE HIGH SCHOOL YEARBOOK PICTURES? I certainly hope Michelle or any of the other employees never have a daughter. I will never spend a penny in this dump, and encourage people who are, or have daughters, NOT to go there either. I would not recommend them to Telly Savalas.

I just moved from Boston, the land of overpriced haircuts. I got a fantastic cut from Lauren at a reasonable rate. She gave me the best haircut I've had in years! I'll definitely return.
