Terrible customer service. Avoid Brittany Jenrette at all costs!

I went to Brittany Jenrette for a ballayage. What I got instead was my entire hair dyed except the roots. The only part of my hair that was still my original color was about 2 inches of roots, with a stark line all the way around my head where the uniform lighter color started, so that it looked like I had gotten my whole head dyed a couple months ago and let it grow out. Brittany assured me that the dyed parts would fade back to my original color a bit after a few washes (which didn't make sense to me , because how can it fade to darker?? but she's the "ballayage expert", so I took her word for it). After following Brittany's directions for hair care for a couple weeks, and it became clear that my hair was not going to magically fix itself I reached out to Brittany via email (the only way to contact her) and told her I wasn't happy with my dye job, and asked what we could do to fix it. She never responded. I waited

Kathleen Peters is the best! I've been seeing her for 12 years and now my kids also go to her for their haircuts. She's professional, knows what's she is doing, caring, and good at what she does.

Had Vince. When paying for a "luxury experience", please refrain from trying to upsell products, trash salons I go to for separate services and when I say I like my hair functional, that does not mean cover my face so that I can't see out of one eye. I also don't go to a salon to feel self conscious. Will not be back.
