I suffered severe heat damage to my natural hair. When I scheduled the appointment just to get a trim I specifically asked for a stylist who specialized in natural hair. The receptionist said they all do. The experience in the salon was mediocre. With me being a new customer I would expect the stylist to asked me about how I style my hair etc. nope nothing just go here go there. She burned my scalp several times when blow drying my hair. Once I got home that day I reverted back to the curls and I have pieces that no longer curl and had to cut my hair even more. I cannot express how unsatisfied I am with the service and lack of care and concern for my hair. Needless to say will not be returning for anything.
