yuforbia gave me an awful haircut. doesnt know how to cut short hair. I asked for a little trim, and she aggreed. then cut off 2 or 3 inches . wont go there again.

I went to the hair cuttery to get my hair curled for my senior pictures. After an hour in the chair, I was extremely disappointed to see that my hair was barely curled. By the time I got to the photo shoot my hair was COMPLETELY strait. ( let it be known the photo shoot location was 15 min away from the salon ) In addition the workers there were extremely unprofessional. The lady curling my hair spent more time talking to her co-workers than getting the job done. At one point she was gabbing so loudly in my ear that i wished I had brought ear plugs. While curling a piece of my hair she actually took a PHONE CALL. The whole time I was praying she wouldn’t fry a chunk of my hair off. This place was a complete waste of time and money. I was disappointed in the customer service and behavior of the employees. I would highly recommend to find another hair salon if you are thinking about trying this place.

Anna is the best stylist! She cuts and take care of my hair as well as my mom’s and my son’s hair. Their customer service is amazing! I’ve been there for years , they always treat their clients so well. I recommend this salon!

Multiple things wrong with this salon: 1) Upon entering I was told I would be taken back next only to be passed up by two patrons (without appointments) who entered after me. 2)I showed the stylist a picture of exactly what I wanted done and provided a thorough explanation. I told her to just trim the longer pieces on top because I liked the current length. She proceeded to take at least 2 inches off the top portion. 3)Rude staff was more interested in chatting and gossiping than my cut. Even after I realized she was going to cut it too short she was to preoccupied to notice me saying "not that much please" and snipped it off 5)I have my hair buzzed short and faded usually on the sides and back. I asked for this to be done. The cut I recieved was uneven and the top of the fade was long enough to stick straight out. 6) The tipping point of this whole situation was that in completing the terrible fade on the back the stylist cut me. She gashed the back of my neck and drew a surprising amount of blood. As I couldn't see it (was not offered a mirror when finished) I didn't realize until my boyfriend came home and saw it that it was not "just a scratch" it is at least an inch and a half long and is deep enough that it will likely scar Would not go here again. My hair is in the process of growing out to the length I was comfortable with and the cut on my neck is still scabbed (visited at least a month ago) Please spend the couple extra dollars and get to a better salon.

This was the most disrespectful place I have ever been! I went with my friend to get her hair cut. We explain exactly what she wanted even showed a picture. She wanted it past her shoulders and they cut it at her neck! She didn’t even ask her if this was what she wanted, or how much exactly to cut off. My friend literally sat down on the chair even before the wash and just cut a huge chunk of her hair. I would never recommend this place to anyone ever in my life. When my friend tryed to explain that it was way higher then her shoulders she tryed to argue with her about where her shoulders are. Extremely disrespectful and ignorant. Yes hair grows back but to a lot of people like myself and my friend is OUR HAIR is our everything. If you wanted a mess up hair go ahead and go there!!!
