I didn't like it at all.I paid Evelyn Harris $70 for a color,cut.The next day in the daylight I noticed that the color didn't take .Things happen right no big deal.instead of handling this like a professional Evelyn choose to handle if differently.I called her to try to remedy this issue she said that she had hurt her leg and didn't know if she would feel up to doing my color before the xmas holiday because her leg was swollen.I Asked for a refund so I could go elsewhere and have my hair done for xmas.She changed her tune and assured me it would be done on Christmas Eve .Christmas eve came and went no call and she would not answer my calls or text.I ran into Evelyn out shopping on the day after Christmas .She wouldn't even look at me.totally ignored me.I guess her leg healed fast.How to treat a customer that's been coming to you for over ten years.over $70 .this was my experience with Hair 4u.Evelyn .As a former loyal customer of hair4 u the main issue I have encountered with Evelyn Harris is that she wants to do your hair how she wants it done. My thing is if you don't like it it doesn't matter how much everybody else likes it.
