I love the service. The employees were nice to me. I felt relaxed while getting my hair cut. The employee that was cutting my hair and I had a nice conversation. I highly recommend the Hair Cuttery in Town Center to everyone that see's this review.

My previous hair stylist went to another more high-end salon and the price was not in my budget. In search of another salon, this location was recommended to me. I had no difficulty getting an appointment within my schedule and was very pleased with the staff. I explained what I wanted in my haircut style. I was getting anxious that it was being cut a bit shorter than I wanted. But the end result was excellent. I have had many say how much they like the style for me and an excellent cut. I will return if I can have the same stylist.

The employees at this particular location are lackadaisical and careless. They disregard reservations, and when you finally do get in the efficiency of the hair cut is interfered by excessive talking and socializing with fellow workers and clients.

Past few times I've taken my husband and 2 kids to get their haircuts they came out more worse than how they went in. We have gone to the one near walmart and in staunton by stamples, all of them are horrible. I don't know where to go anymore cause Smart Style inside walmart is beyond horrible. They cut my mother in laws bangs so short she didn't have any and they can't fade

Great experience here!! We just moved to the area and my husband and I both have gotten cuts here! Ashley Hite is absolutely awesome! Everyone is sweet and welcoming. This is definitely our new salon!!
