I always have a great shopping experience here. I had my first salon service a few days ago, and I was so happy to have found Elise who was as excited as I was, maybe a bit more, to achieve my blackberry color (holographic deep purple & blue). I recently learned they got rid of the Pravana colors, but their Matrix line of vibrant colors is VERY comparable. If you are the type of person who likes to have fun with vibrant colors please seek Elise out! This girl ROCKS!

Worst customer service I have ever encountered. To start with I walked in passed two store employees talking right next to the entrance and got no greeting or even a look my way just to acknowledge a customer came in. Looked around the store in every aisle and got nothing from employees who were roaming around the store. Found something to purchase as I was just looking around. Waited politely in line apparently when I was told if I'm waiting in line it's on the otherside. No clear marker for where the line starts. Not sure what happened to this location I once loved to frequent with a friendly staff. If they hate working there so much move on or fake it like it's your favorite place to be after all they get a pay check for being there.

Terrible customer service. Three sales associates just stared at me as I walked in instead of saying hello and asking if they could help me. Fairfax location in 100 times better with more products and wayyyy better customer service.

Love the stylists. They are very nice. The only problem we have had is the waiting game. Continually run behind. We have waited from 45 minutes to 1 1/2 hours for a stylist that we made appointments with, not a walk-in basis.
