I've been going to the same stylist for over 12 years and he just wouldn't do my hair the way he had always done it so I went on the hunt for a new stylist....which to me is one of the hardest things because I am top notch PICKY with my hair. I've only been happy with 2 people all my life and I am in my 50's. Jess was recommended to me by a co-workers wife. I was so nervous. Jess sat with me and talked at length about exactly what I wanted and my fears of a bad hair cut, my experience with my stylist not coloring my hair the color I asked for. Jess showed me some swatches, we picked out the colors I love and in no time at all she was coloring and highlighting my hair. After, the terrifying hair cut that I really needed. My color is AMAZING. Jess colored it EXACTLY how I wanted it and that terrifying haircut??? Jess said not to worry and BOOM, perfect haircut. I couldn't be happier with any of my experience and to add to the experience, she is a joy, as well as her entire staff. You can't go wrong at Monet!

Hopefully the pictures can be seen... Asked for my hair to look like a picture of hair that was a rich red/brown with copper highlights. The owner said She could do it. I turned out hideous. I have a purple halo, 1.5-2" of my hair is thepurple shade, then it goes to an array of different colors, one being pink... I text her that I hated it, she told me to come in. As soon as I got there, she was on the attack. She first insisted it looked exactly like the picture, it's just the lighting I was in. She grabbed the swatch, bent down by my face,shaking it,asking if I had chosen the swatch. I had after asking her if it would make my hair look like the picture. This is her job... If you tell me a swatch will make my current hair color turn out like I want, I will trust you know what you are doing. I can't believe how in unprofessional Jess was, she did this with another patron sitting right next to me, asked her employee if it was the same color, like the girl would say no to the owner, berating me in the chair, bent over me like a naughty child, with her voice elevated. I asked her to cancel my subscription and she said she already had. Apparently, she had planned to have a disagreement before I even got there. I wouldn't recommend going there. First time I so happy but second time....nightmare. Here are some lovely photos to show how they so don't match.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Monet, and especially Jessica! I feel completely at home when I arrive to the salon because everyone is extremely friendly; I make me feel at home. What I love the most about Monet is their talent. Every single time I leave the salon, I feel like a million bucks! My hair looks flawless. Jessica and her entire staff is AMAZING! You can look good without breaking the bank. Worth trying because you'll be hooked. Jessica loves what she does and knows everything there is to know about hair! I wish I could give 100000 stars!
