I went to this great clips for the first time a few days ago and left in tears. I have extremely long hair, which WAS almost down to my waist with a nice rounded shape at the bottom and some layers. I went in and simply asked for a trim with as little hair cut off as possible. I've been to many hair dresser through the years, my hair is very important to me, and I know what a trim is supposed to look like, this is not it. The lady, who was too busy looking at her phone and loudly chewing on candy literally cut my hair in about ten minutes. She bluntly cut straight across, taking off several inches and leaving me with no shape to my hair. She cut all the way up to my layers leaving me with none, again, just straight across, but it wasn't even at all. My right side is longer than the left, there are random pieces longer or shorter throughout and the cut is so blunt it looks like someone literally took an old, rusty pair of scissors and hacked away. I have hair that is somewhat curly and she did nothing to account for this, she did not clip up or section off my hair, of which I have a lot, just laid it across my back and cut straight, or what would have been straight if my hair were. I will never be returning to this location and recommend you never do either.

Just moved here. It's really hard to find a good stylist so I was hesitant. So glad I stopped in. Just a few minutes wait and Paula had me seated. She was very pleasant. I told her what I wanted and she did a beautiful job. I have completed confidence in Paula and will be returning.

Called the location and said i just got off work if i get there before 9 will they let me in. They said yes as long as i arrive before 9, so i got there at 856 and they said sorry we already closed our register. Never going there again.
