I do not recommend going to the salon if you want to get your hair dyed a vibrant color like pink. After 1 wash the color was gone and it was literally money down the drain. I spoke with the manager and what I was not told when I had my hair first done was that the new vibrant color do not last as long and it depends on how coarse your hair is which ok, I can buy that. But should still last longer then just 1 wash and should really tell customers that up front instead.

I had strip lashes applied by CJ and they made me look like such a doll. Not only that CJ had two makeup appointments pretty much back to back and managed to squeeze me in between them. Absolutely amazing customer service!!!

Terrible experience here. One of the worst haircuts I've ever had. Did not see one employee in the salon smile the entire time I was there. I heard all of them complaining to customers about their job or other coworkers. I was not aware they had a salon until a friend told me about a month ago. I now understand why. I'll never go back.

i have been coming here to do my shopping for couple of years... today was just an uncomfortable visit at this store... took my mom to buy some make up and for myself too.. they were 2 employees that we had an issue. first one was a girl that i asked yer something and she was just plain rude!!!. the other one was a guy that kept on starring my mom and i up and down very unproffessional. Only because i guess wr just got out of work. And decide to just dress all comfortable. What a shame!!

I was talking to a friend about my makeup regimen and how it sucks.. to be honest lol She told me to go see Chrissy at Ulta. Couple weeks later I saw Chrissy and told her I had $70 Budget.. She helped me find foundation, powder, mascara, a sponge and a brow pencil for $71.55 !! She was super helpful, extremely knowledgeable about make up, genuine and just made it easy. I honestly can't say enough about how nice she was, I get so much different advice when it comes to make up that it can often be overwhelming. Chrissy told me to come back if I didn't like anything and she would help me find what I really needed. I would recommend her to everyone and anyone!!
