I went in to get my first professional haircut in a long time, and I was not disappointed. I was lucky enough to have Holly to do my haircut, and she was very kind and laid back. I'm not the biggest on conversation, but she didn't push, and she was happy enough to keep conversation with my friend (who was there for morale support). She cut my hair very well and was sure to not do anything too extreme, as it was my first time in a long while. I would highly recommend her, if you have the chance to request her! c:

Went and got our 1 year olds first hair cut here. The lady seemed grumpy at first but ended up alright. Asked for the military discount that was advertised on the front door and was told it's only for the active duty member. Who do you think is paying for the haircut? My one year old? No, the active duty member is. Don't say you "honor heroes" if you won't even give them $1.25 off their kids haircut. Just take the sign down and don't offer a discount.

I asked and showed the stylist my picture of how I wanted my hair, more of like balyage and instead she gave me highlights it was nothing like I wanted. I was truly upset. Keep in mind I showed her the picture at least 4 times

A bit pricey for the same haircut you can get at other places just in a more fancy atmosphere.

I have been using this location for the last 4 years and have always received great hair cuts. I even went through cancer treatments and the girls kept my hair looking decent......I went in this morning 3/3/18 at 9:45 am. A stylist I have never seen before called me over. I have not really paid attention to what size guards are used to cut my hair, but I know they use electric clippers on the side and sissors on the top. When I went in today the new girl started with electric clippers it was quite a bit different than usual, I stopped her, put my glasses on to see in the mirror and told her it was a lot shorter than usual, she said "oh I will even that up for you" and proceeded to run the electric clippers down the middle of my hair. It was so bad that the other stylist came over to see what she could do.......but it was too late....she had to take the electric clippers and even it up the best she could. I will go back again but will only let Tiana or Holly cut my hair. If I don't recognize you I will not allow you to cut my hair. I am only rating on what happened to me today, otherwise I would rate this location a 5 star. I have learned a lesson.... pay attention to what is being used to cut your hair. It will start next time......I do not want another hair cut like this again!
