I applied to Third Dimension Salon when I was 2 years into the hair industy. I was going through a rough patch at the time and didn't have the nicest clothes. Needing employment I was exited for my interview at this salon. I sat down and waited for my interview. One of the employees asked me if I had been helped she looked at me up and down and went back to tell the manager I was there. In less then five minutes she came back out and said the manager wouldn't be interested in interviewing me and to leave. It was heartbreaking, completely messed, and unprofessional. The salon manager couldn't even come out and tell me that herself. I am so happy I never ended up working there I started at a different salon with a previous Third Dimension employee and she said how awful and rude the girls and manager was there, treated her like dirt. No wonder there turn over is so high. Anyways I'm 7 years into the industy and successful as ever. Not thanks to them. Run away from this unprofessional place and find a real salon.

My coworker just went there to get some highlights before leaving town for her Grandfathers funeral. They not only horribly messed up the coloring but refused to fix it and way over charged what they quoted her originally. Terrible customer service!!!!

Beware of the manager Christina! She is extremely rude and controlling towards any unsatisfied customers. I went in to get highlights and after the stylist suggested not toning them i left with an open mind. However after looking at it in different lighting and at home i realized how incredibly yellow it was. They over processed it and made it melt in places as well. I called them up and made an appointment to simply have it toned. I told them i would pay. Immediatly Christina went from friendly to rude. She said it was my fault it looked so bad because i told them i wanted to be blonder. I told them i wanted more blonde pieces not white over proccessed hair! She said my hair could not look nice no matter what she did. Later i tried this place one more time. Waited 3 months between color and once again Christina came over and told the stylist not to do anything without talking to her first because i wouldnt like it. She put words in my mouth telling me oh you wont like that to everything the stylist suggested. She also tore apart my extensions saying those dont even match and tossing them aside. She refused to color my roots to match. Ironically the next day i wore them and recieved 4 compliments on how nice my hair looked and they couldnt believe they were extensions. I also went to get a second opinion on the condition of my hair and was told it was fine. She is just a rude woman looking to start a fight. Take my advice and avoid this place like the plague!
