I've been a regular customer to this salon for years. Wait times are long, even for an appointment. Well past your scheduled time. Expect at least 15-30 minutes after you appointment is scheduled to get your haircut. I get how they do their appointments by hair stylist, but most of the stylists struggle to keep up with the promised cut times stated on their website and serve other walk-in customers first, instead of picking up the slack. Now the quality of the haircuts. They're very good, never had a bad haircut here. The stylists are usually very nice and make conversation with you. Overall, I recommend this salon if you've got a flexible schedule.

Great place for the money. Have been going there for a while now. Great staff. Sometimes it gets a bit busy, but there is a reason why they're busy.

I had received an uneven and atrocious cut from another place and had been in tears. They took me right away and fixed what was a horrible mess. It's shorter than I initially wanted when I went to get the first cut, out of necessity (to fix what the other place messed up so badly) but she somehow made it into a cut that I love. I'm definitely going to be a return customer here.
