Its my first time at an Ulta store so I was overwhelmed with all the brands. Maddie was so patient with me and my questions about the brands and the loyalty program, she took the time to explain all the details as well as recommend products and the background on the products and brands as well. What a wonderful experience and I would return to this Ulta next time I am visiting the States. All the other associates were also very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

Stephanie helped me pick out make up even in my comfy outfit and probably looked like I wasnt there to buy. She was so helpful and patient helping me find just the right stuff. The line was long and yet it was quick and still felt important

Worked with the Clinique rep named Trisha. She was amazing. I have been suffering from Rosacea for two years now and have tried all kinds of treatments and makeup including Clinique’s line. She showed me products that I hadn’t been shown before by another rep and introduced me to there makeup that is designed for people with skin problems. She also put it all on me and wow! I can finally wear makeup again. She had lots of knowledge and knew exactly what was in each product and that’s was extremely helpful. Thanks Trisha for your amazing help, education and concern for my situation. Your the best. See ya soon!

Bright, clean and attractive store. Amazing selection of products! You need it, they've got it! The staff is super helpful! Lots of free parking.

I had a nice experience at ulta today. There was a new team lead I saw in there that I don't know how long has been working there for. I believe her name was Amber. She went above and beyond with her costumer service, talking about how to save the most amount of money and all of the benefits I could get by signing up with the ulta card. I never knew about coupons until today. She told me where to find ulta coupons online which none of the other employees never even offered so I super appreciated it.
