I love that this place has cruelty free products. I went to find a foundation yesterday and came away with something that was a little too yellow. So today's trip was for an exchange and I'm so grateful to the ladies who stayed until the very end of their shift helping me. I don't know anything about makeup so I really needed the help. Ulta has probably the best returns and exchange policy of any business. 10/10 will shop again!

Disneyland for anybody who loves makeup. I come here often and most of the time find friendly and helpful staff. Have found particular items out of stock frequently having to go to other stores to pick up that product should they have it. Easier for one stop makeup shopping rather than going to the mall for name brand items.

I have now gone in a couple times so I think this behavior is consistent. The staff is always chatting with each other instear of helping customers. Everything just seems dirty. Thw samples, the displays, they all just look gross. I haven't had many good experiences with this chain and this shop just solidfied that view.

I want to review about this lady who works at Ulta crossroads. She does not know anything about makeup ..she doesn't know products, she doesn't know color correcting.. fine by me because I know.. but the attitude at which she was showing whatever I asked was worst..she didn't treat me well and was not helpful at all..
