This place is amazing! Saves so many agonizing hours at home, trying to get rid of lice on your own! They got me in right away in the Federal Way office, and Koji, who worked in my daughter, was wonderful and super friendly! I've recommended them to friends before and certainly would again!

Like most of the reviews I have read not sure how they are in business since it's impossible to get ahold of them. Hours show 9am-6pm but no one seems to answer the phone or return phone calls. I will try somewhere else.

When I found out my daughter had lice, I panicked. I immediately tried to get in touch with Lice Knowing You. It took me several hours and many phone calls later to get in contact with anyone. They told me the federal way clinic wasn't open that day, and so we looked into the Seattle location. Then, all of a sudden, the federal way clinic had openings for that day (even though they were supposedly closed). Anna did a great job checking everyone in the family, as well as treating my daughter. Before we even left the clinic, we scheduled my daughter's recheck. Fast forward to today, the day of the recheck. We had a 9 am appointment. Five other families were here at the same time. The clinic was closed. Someone finally came at 9:30, saying her boss told her there were no appointments until then. This office can't get it straight as to when they're open, when they're not, if there are appointments, etc.
