Agree with Michele.. awful experience

I had exactly the same experience as the review by Michele. I specifically discuss what I wanted and didn’t want and even showed picture. Todd did exactly what I said I didn’t want. He had a supercilious attitude and showed little interest and acted totally bored, his wide, Browyb said she would do a redo but then said she would “ think about it”. Try any other salon but not this one

I have been going to Firefly since they opened having followed the owners from their previous salon. To me, having a good stylist is like having a good dentist - once you find one this good that you can trust you don't let them out of your life! I have always gotten great cuts and color and wonderful customer service. Everyone is friendly and responsive to my needs. I feel like I am in great hands from the moment I step in to the salon. They have cutting edge (pun intended) styles and products too. This is why it is consistently voted "The Best of Bainbridge". Please don't let the other reviews that were less than 5 stars deter you from this salon! I assure you this is not the norm!

My son (age 12) is, for some reason, "terrified of clippers" because he has been cut behind his ear several times by stylists that were in a a hurry. Not only did Todd give him a great cut and style, Todd was also very careful and put him at ease. Thanks Todd, it looks great and Elias says "you have a special technique".

Such a great experience at a boutique salon on Bainbridge. Stylist that listen and have you leave with a cut, style or color that makes you feel like a million bucks. Very friendly and personal service. I personally recommend Eon.

Dreadful! This is the most uptight salon I have ever been too and for NO reason I can assure you. I enjoy really high end salons and appreciate the talent I pay for. I cant get past the fact that the hair washer couldn't even say hello to you or act like you were there. The owner and hairdresser - well he is a different story. I met him prior and he had a great personality - when you are int he chair, he is a whole different story! Rude, barely uses his words and acts like a stuffy jerk - he is not worth it. I shared I did not want flat hair or a boxy hair cut - well, that's exactly what he gave me. So apparently his he deaf. I thought he may have had an off day and tried a second time - my mistake, shame on me. And if you do not get what you asked for - I hope you like crickets, because that is what you will hear.
