I came to Rico after having been traveling abroad for a while and my hair was not in good condition. The color was too bright and it was very damaged. We had a consultation and he chose a perfect color for me, updated my cut, restored my hair to feeling soft again, and showed me a new way to blow out my hair. The next time I came in he updated my color, and observed some nuances about coloring my hair that my previous stylist had missed, which turned out to be quite important in achieving an over-all natural look for a very reasonable price. I am very happy with Rico and plan to continue coming to his salon moving forward. I have received so many compliments on my hair as well.

It was the worst customer experience ever. I even feel shameful to give one star. He looked down at me made such a false assumption about my country with his lack of knowledge. That is not it he died half of my hair with his tiny amount of color (my hair reaches middle of my back). When I asked are you not gonna die rest of hair, he almost even yelled at me. Who wants to look top part of the hair looks like it died and from down shoulder of the hair without any color?? I asked for brown color and now my hair looks completely black. I look way older than my age. He even said you are in America and you don't teach me what to do. I am very dissappointed to be treated like this because I was just worried about the results how weird it will look after dying half of my hair and not the rest. I don't recommend to anyone. Shame

The last time I was in to get a cut and color by Rico at Euphorico I had to go out for a drink and dinner after -just because my hair looked SO GOOD! I don't know what he does to make it so shiny and so sassy -but I LOVE it. I've never had a stylist that can nail the triple play (Cut + Color +Style) ... to think all these years I was satisfied with a double - well, no longer~ And the sweet salon dog raises my spirits every visit. Worth it!! Thanks Rico

I came in to Euphorico for a Keratin hair treatment, and Rico was amazing. I've tried out a ton of similar treatments (Brazilian blow out, Bumble and bumble's version, Aveda's version, etc) but his was the very best. It leaves your hair silky, weightless and lasts far longer than the product advertised. You even get to keep the leftover shampoo and conditioner used during the treatment. Plus, if you're a dog lover, you might even get to meet Rico's adorable dog while you're in the salon.
